Community Rules
Play hard, play fair, be decent. These rules apply in every Veni Vidi Games title and everywhere we run: matches, lobbies, chat, voice, names, leaderboards, and our official community spaces. They are part of our Terms of Service.
1. Play fair
- No cheats, hacks, bots, macros, scripts, modified clients or memory editing that give an advantage or automate play.
- No deliberate use of bugs or exploits. If you find one, report it; we appreciate it.
- No boosting, win trading, account sharing for rank, deliberate losing, or using a second account to stomp weaker players.
- No attacks on servers or other players' connections, such as denial-of-service, lag switching or packet tampering.
- No real-money trading of accounts, items, currency or services outside our official stores.
2. Respect other players
- No harassment, bullying, threats or stalking, in game or out of it.
- No hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or similar characteristics.
- No sexual content, and no sexual or romantic approaches to minors under any circumstances.
- No sharing of anyone's personal information (doxxing), including your own real address or phone number in public chat.
- No impersonating other players, streamers, our staff or anyone else.
- No promoting self-harm, violence, terrorism, or illegal goods and activities.
3. Be a good teammate
- No griefing: deliberately ruining the game for your own team, team-killing, blocking, or feeding.
- No leaving or going idle on purpose in ranked or team matches.
- No spam, flooding, advertising, scams, phishing links or begging for items.
4. Names and content
Display names, clan or team names, avatars, custom content and anything else other players can see must follow these rules. Names that are offensive, sexual, hateful, impersonating, or that advertise something will be changed, and repeated offences are treated like chat offences.
5. Reporting
- Use the in-game report, mute and block tools where available. Reports are confidential; the player you report is not told who reported them.
- If a game has no report button yet, email [email protected] with the game, the player's name, the time, and a screenshot or clip if you have one.
- Do not make false or mass reports to get someone punished. That is itself a breach.
- If anyone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
6. What happens when rules are broken
We look at what happened, how serious it was, and the account's history. Depending on that, we may:
| Step | Typical reasons |
|---|---|
| Warning, or forced name change | A first minor offence, such as mild abuse in chat or an inappropriate name |
| Chat or voice restriction | Repeated abusive chat, spam |
| Ranked or matchmaking restriction, progress or ranking reset | Leaving and idling, griefing, boosting, exploiting bugs |
| Temporary suspension (1 to 30 days) | Serious or repeated harassment, hate speech, real-money trading |
| Permanent ban, of the account and where needed the device | Cheating, attacks on servers, threats, sexual content involving minors, fraud, ban evasion |
We can skip steps for serious offences. Content that may be illegal, including any sexual content involving a minor or credible threats of violence, is removed and may be reported to the police or the relevant authority.
7. Appeals
If you think we got it wrong, reply to the enforcement notice or email [email protected] within 30 days with your player name, the game, and why. A person who did not make the original decision will review it where possible, and we will tell you the outcome. Creating a new account to get around a suspension or ban leads to a permanent ban.
