Delete your account and data
You can delete your Veni Vidi Games account, and the personal data linked to it, at any time, for free. This is permanent: your progress, purchases and virtual items cannot be restored afterwards.
1. Delete it in the game
Where a game offers it, open Settings → Account → Delete account, confirm, and the deletion starts straight away. You are signed out on every device.
2. Or ask us by email
Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address on your account, and tell us:
- which game or games you play;
- your player name, and the platform (for example Steam, iOS, Android, web) if you sign in through one.
We may ask you to confirm you own the account before deleting it. We confirm the deletion by email within one month, and usually much sooner. You do not need to have the game installed.
Only want some data removed? You can ask us to delete specific data, such as chat history or analytics, without closing your account. Use the same email address and say what you want removed.
3. What is deleted, and what is kept

4. Purchases made through a store
Deleting your account does not cancel subscriptions bought through Steam, the App Store or Google Play. Cancel them in the store first. Your store account and its purchase history are held by the store and deleted under its own policy.
